The mission of the Association of American Halal Certifiers (AAHC) is to facilitate activities necessary for the sustainable supply of Halal food and consumer products in accordance with Islamic law (Shariah) and thereby protecting the rights of Muslim consumer to only consume that which is lawful (Halal) and good (Tayyib). The members of AAHC have been empowered and charged by the Muslims of Americas through their contributed resources to carry out this mission.
